Required Supply Form

We provide MULTIPLE methods to order supplies!

• Order supplies online through our Supply Request Form (with all payment options, including CC, Afterpay (payment plan), Cash, Check, & CHARMS/Presto Credit)

• Print or fill out the Marching & Color Guard Supply Form 2025-2026 electronically (this will be fillable once you select the print option. You can choose the "save as PDF" option and email the completed form to whsbandfans@gmail.com)

• Print out the PDF version of the Marching & Color Guard Supply Form 2025-2026 to fill the form out by hand
